Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Inside the property it is not allowed to consume, buy or sell any type of substance illegal for Mexico City.
- - The guest making the reservation must send a photo of his/her ID prior to arrival.
- - Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- - No events or parties are allowed.
- - Loud music is not allowed at all times.
- - It is forbidden to remove makeup or remove any substance with the bath towels, in case any of them are stained, the respective charge will be made.
- - If you plan to receive visitors, please let us know one day in advance. In addition, we will only allow a maximum of 4 visitors per day. It will also be very important that you provide us with a picture of your ID.
- - Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building.
- - When entering or leaving the property and/or the building, do not make noise so as not to disturb the neighbors.
- - Please keep the front door closed at all times.
- - Check-out time: before 11:00 a.m.
- - In case of any mishap, if any, please contact your HOST first.
