Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • HOUSEKEEPING: Exit cleaning is included with your stay, however you would like additional housekeeping services (that are available for a fee), please contact customer support.
  • SUPPLIES: This property provides a wonderful starter kit for your arrival (it normally lasts our guests 2-3 days, depending on your group size). Please keep in mind that once these items run out you will have to replenish them for the remainder of your stay. Additional supplies can be purchased at nearby ABC Store. Supplies include: Dish soap, Hand soap, Paper towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Body Wash, and Shampoo.
  • PARKING: Park only in your numbered stall. The parking stall for this unit is #206.

  • KEYFOB: Use the keyfob to open elevator for access to level six, and for entrance to the gym, pool deck and hospitality lounge.
  • WIFI: WBT602/ Aloha602
  • TRASH: All trash must be bagged. Each floor has a trash chute located in the hallways between the towers. When you exit the unit, you go left and through the door leading to the outdoor hallway, then the trash chute door is located on the right side in the corner of the outdoor hallway.
  • POOL HOURS: The pool is open daily from 8am - 9pm. Children twelve years of age or under shall be supervised and accompanied by
  • a parent or other adult at all times when on the pool deck. Children under 5 are prohibited from entering the jacuzzi due to health reasons.
  • GYM: The gym is open 24 hours a day. Use the fob to enter the gym.
  • BBQ: The outdoor BBQ area is located on the pool deck.
  • HOUSE RULES:
  • Please keep track of the key fob. There will be a $150 replacement fee for any lost fob.
  • QUIET TIMES are 8PM to 8AM. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Please show Aloha and keep outside noise to a minimum.
  • No smoking/vaping or pets allowed on the property.
  • REMOVE SHOES and RINSE OFF SAND before entering the home. Please do not leave shoes in common areas in halls.
  • Shake sand from items before placing it in the washer or dryer. You will be charged for damage caused by excess sand in the machine.
  • DO NOT FLUSH tampons, pads, or wipes of any kind down the toilet. It will back up the plumbing. Toilet paper only.
  • Conserve energy: Turn OFF AC when not in the property, and turn off lighting when not in use.
  • Do not take white bath towels outside. Use colorful beach towels provided for the beach or pool. Do not sit on the furniture with wet clothes on.
  • If you accidentally break anything during your stay, please be sure to give us a call or leave a note so that we know to repair or replace it.
  • The bathrooms and water heater closet are equipped with small water alarm units. Please do not remove them. Should you hear them ringing, please check the area for any water leaks and notify the property manager.
  • The electric breaker box is located in the front hallway behind the picture.
  • The emergency water shut-off for the unit is located under the main bathroom under right sink inside the cabinet.
