Looking for a warm & comfortable pied-à-terre to welcome you with family or couples of friends to Nice? Our apartment, ideally located, a stone’s throw from the SNCF train station in a pleasant residential area, is fully air-conditioned and promises you a unique stay in our pretty city. Located on the first floor with elevator of a beautiful art deco building, our apartment has an optimal layout to allow you to stay in peace and feel at ease to enjoy a stay in the colors of the Riviera. The accommodation is arranged as follows: - You arrive directly in the entrance corridor composed of a dressing room and leading on the left to the first master bedroom with a standard size double bed, very spacious and benefiting from a beautiful and large wardrobe/dressing room - The corridor then leads to a separate toilet then to a pretty and smaller bedroom colored in ocher & blue tones also with a standard size double bed (140x190) - This room is adjacent to the bathroom of the apartment which also offers the following equipment: hairdryer, iron & ironing board, drying rack, washing machine, cleaning products & equipment in case of occasional need during your stay - Finally, the corridor opens onto a bright living room composed of a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso compatible coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.), a space dining area on the central island with removable seats, a lounge area with sofa, armchair, television, free Wi-Fi connection. The apartment is fully air-conditioned for greater comfort for your summer nights. Also, if you come with a young child, we will provide you with a baby bed with mattress & high chair free of charge in the apartment; however, be careful to bring linen for the baby bed which is not provided. A set of bed and bath linen is also provided and set up for the stay, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee, tea). The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption. The apartment is located just 300 meters from the park & the Alsace Lorraine tram station (line 2) which allows you to arrive directly from Nice Côte d’Azur airport & facilitate your trips into the city.
