Check-in is at 4pm Check-out is at 10am 🐾 Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay—no cats, please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your pet. 🎉 No Parties: Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. 📷 Security Camera: An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. 🚗 Parking: Driveway parking available for up to 8 cars max. 📆 Long-Term Stays: Interested in a long-term stay? GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: - Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. - Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. - Paying a non-refundable $50 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property.
