In the main two-story home there are 5 bedrooms, three king-bedded rooms, and two twin-bedded rooms all with sweeping ocean views and their private bathrooms. In addition, the property offers a standalone one-bedroom cottage with a king bed and private bathroom.
As you enter the main home which is thoughtfully designed with an open concept you will be in awe of the floor-to-ceiling views, wood finishes, and elegant decor. The amenities are plentiful and include our chef’s most favored element of the home, a fully equipped kitchen with a stunning island, an indoor-outdoor bar ideal for entertaining in both spaces, and an open living space to truly bring the indoors out and visa versa. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
