Nice two-room attic with exposed beams and mezzanine bedroom. Located in a large house in Località Zuel, a panoramic and sunny area at the entrance to Cortina d’Ampezzo, a few steps from the panoramic and renowned Olympic ski jump. Ideal for those who want a small, functional accommodation for a mountain holiday surrounded by nature. The two-room studio apartment measures 40 m2 and is located at the back of the house. The attic is furnished in wood, with a ceiling with exposed beams. The living area consists of a kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a small island with wooden top and stools. The living room is composed of a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and an LCD TV. With a wooden staircase you have access to the mezzanine where there is a double bed, a small walk-in wardrobe and an LCD TV. Also available on the same floor as the living area is a second bedroom with two single beds which can be joined together if necessary and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house has Wi-Fi internet connection and external car parking. Ideal attic for a couple or a small family unit or friends looking for functionality in the Ampezzo valley.
