The front street parkings of this unit are free and without limit and you can park maximum 2 directly at our front street side. There is also a spot at the front of our the garage which is available if you need it -open area. Our garage is located at the rear of the property and is now not available as it is full of car and other personal stuffs that the owner has to keep so you can enjoy the affordability and spacious home we provide. Kindly be mindful of engine time when you depart and arrive back to use this garage-front spot, as our lovely townhouse neighbour also lives at the rear part into the end of the driveway and one of their bedroom is located next to this garage. Public Transport: Patterson Station (15 mins walk) connects you to Melbourne’s city center in under 30 minutes via the Frankston Line. Road Access: Located near Nepean Highway, you’re well-connected for easy trips to the city or down the stunning Mornington Peninsula. Cycling & Walking: Explore the local area or take the nearby cycling paths for a scenic ride. Extra bedding: Our apartment accommodates up to 8 guests, with 2 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable double sized pull out sofa bed due to limited bed availability (2 queens, and 2 singles). There is an additional $35 fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay! For last-minute bookings, using the sofa bed may incur an additional linen delivery fee. Last minute same day booking: There might be a delayed check in if you book the same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay. Early Check-in & Late Checkout: To confirm availability, please message us at least 2 days in advance. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and depends on whether there are same-day guest check-ins or checkouts. Additional fees may apply.
