You will also find a large fleet of bikes for your whole group to get around town. The main living space is on the second floor with 3 bedrooms and a large living room and dining area. Bedroom one hosts a kind size bed and a large en suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a full size bed as well as a twin, perfect for the kids! Just past the shared hallway bathroom, find the third bedroom with a queen bed. All bedrooms have huge walk in closets, perfect for storage. The kitchen has all the necessities to enjoy dinner at the dining table or on the balcony! Non-compliance may result in sizable fines. • Age Requirement | The reservation holder must be 25+. • Arrival Support + House Manual + 24/7 Support | Upon arrival, Property Manager aims to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and understanding of guest features. All guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. If you have any questions, please reach out to Property Manager Homes—our team is available 24/7. • Directions + Check-In Details | Before check-in, Property Manager will send all check-in details, detailed directions, and a digital guest guide for the home by email and text to help ensure a seamless arrival. • Check-In / Check-Out (Early/Late Requests) | Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs, and a fee typically applies. When approved, fees apply for times outside a one-hour window of standard check-in/check-out. If you need significant flexibility, the best option is to book an additional night. • Parking Restrictions | Boats, campers, RVs, trailers, and similar vehicles are not allowed in condo complexes. In addition, certain areas of the Oregon Coast have city restrictions on parking for these vehicle types. There is no guard around water features—use at your own risk. • BBQs/Grills — No Personal Units | Personal BBQs/grills (including charcoal, propane, electric, or portable units) are not permitted on the property.
