As you walk up the stairs through the well-manicured front yard, you will find a serene seating area on the front porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or tea while you listen to the birds chirping. Enter the front door and find two beautiful living spaces where you can relax into the evening, chatting through all the day’s adventures next to the cozy fireplace. Nestle up for a movie in the second living space that boasts a large couch that pulls out into a queen bed for additional living and sleeping spaces to accommodate your entire group. As you move through the second living space, you will find the kitchen area with chef-inspired appliances and all the amenities you need to whip up a quick meal or 3-course delight! The kitchen nook includes a table for 4, perfect for enjoying your culinary creations while watching birds on the backyard feeders through the oversized picture window. Wander outside to enjoy a glass of wine or beer on the screened-in porch. The private backyard oasis includes a spacious deck with a table for 8 and rocking chairs to relax under the shade of the oak tree canopies. The lights and ambiance of the backyard make nighttime gatherings an unforgettable experience. The half bathroom on the first floor ensure comfortability and convenience for you and your guests.
As you walk upstairs to the second floor, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed with a plush mattress and luxury sheets, electronic shades, a smart TV and a private bathroom with a separate soaking tub and shower -your own private sanctuary! Enjoy waking up to a gorgeous morning sunrises out the primary bedroom windows. The second and third bedrooms boast queen beds with plush mattresses and luxury linens along with a shared hallway bathroom ! The second floor bedrooms provide ample space for the entire group to rest and recharge for tomorrow’s adventures out on the town! The third floor provides a private and peaceful getaway to cuddle up with a book on the lounge chairs or take a Zoom meeting from the comfortable desk space away from the hustle and bustle! We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Property Manager Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ride sharing, micro-mobility, and Capital Metro buses are available along Congress Avenue. Downtown Austin is a short bike ride away (2 miles), the University of Texas is <5 miles away, and the airport is just a 15-minute drive. Don’t forget Zilker Park and Barton Springs are also a short 2-mile bike ride away!
Please pay close attention to following house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at a Property Manager home are required to sign a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM
- Noise monitors are present to enforce quiet hours. Please take conversations and music indoors at those times.
- Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
- Guests must abide by max occupancy at all times per city ordinance.
- Over occupancy will result in additional fines or removal should a guest not comply.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Property Manager directly.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- No open flames or candles in the home or outside of the home.
- No Smoking or Vaping at the property.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- The home has cameras for external monitoring only.
- Reservations made during festivals and conferences are nonrefundable.
- Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6 percent and the city requires 11 percent.
- A portion of the city hotel tax helps support musicians and related businesses.
- Please note there are stairs to access the home and all bedrooms and full bathrooms are on the second story of the home. The sleeper sofa and half bath are on the first floor.
