The space
This three-level home on Holiday Isle is designed for large groups, offering 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 24 guests. A private elevator connects all floors, making it easy to move between shared spaces and private retreats. Multiple living areas allow your group to spread out, including a main living room and a second living room with a wet bar, kitchenette, ice machine, and smart TV.
Sleeping arrangements
Floor 2 features three king suites, each with an ensuite bathroom, plus a queen built-in bunks bedroom and bathroom that sleeps up to eight guests. Floor 3 includes two additional king suites and another queen built-in bunks bedroom and bathroom, along with a luxury queen air mattress. A queen memory foam sofa sleeper is available in the living area. Several bedrooms on Floor 2 open to a wraparound balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor.
Outdoor living
Outdoor spaces are a highlight of the home. Enjoy a large swimming pool with cascading waterfalls and a hot tub, surrounded by seating and loungers. Floor 1 includes a 2,000 sqft semi-enclosed covered event area, while the 1,600 sqft rooftop deck offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, Destin Harbor, East Pass Bridge, and Crab Island. Additional patios, balconies, outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, backyard space, and beach essentials round out the experience. Guests also have access to a nearby beach on Holiday Isle.
Kitchen & dining
The main kitchen is fully equipped for group meals and gatherings, complemented by a dining room on Floor 3 overlooking the beach. A secondary kitchenette on Floor 2 adds flexibility for larger groups and extended stays.
Amenities & comforts
The home includes air conditioning, heating, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and family-friendly features such as a Pack ’n play and board games. Entertainment options include smart TVs and a pool table. Free parking on premises and self check-in with a smart lock are provided.

Located on exclusive Holiday Isle, the home is close to Destin Harbor Boardwalk, HarborWalk Village, beaches, dining, shopping, fishing, and water sports, with water taxis available nearby.
Pet-friendly stays are welcome, assistance animals are always allowed, and long-term stays are available.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
Holiday Isle Beach Access:
The property is located on Holiday Isle and features private beach access to the community beach in Destin that lays between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin harbor. Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida is known for its gated beachfront access with limited access to our Holiday Isle homeowners and guests. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer.

- All guests staying at an 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager (Property Manager Homes) are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Parking: Information about parking will be noted in the check-in instructions received by the Guest prior to arrival.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: In the State of Florida and in Walton, Okaloosa, and Bay Counties, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
- Holiday Isle Beach Access: Key cards are located on lanyards in the home, 2 key cards per stay. Please be sure these are returned to the home, as a replacement fee of $50.00 per key card will apply if not found within the home upon departure.

Animals/pets must be disclosed prior to reservation arrival date. Only dogs are permitted in “Pet-Friendly” Property listings. Allowed number of dogs will be expressly stated in the listing and a $150.00 fee per animal/pet is required. Animals/pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises unless prior approval is obtained. Any unauthorized animals/pets at the property will result in a $150.00 per day / per animal/pet fee, and may result in your reservation being canceled, and you may be required to vacate from the Property.

- Pool Heat Guidelines and Fee
Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk. - If the Property includes an on-site pool that offers optional heating, you may request that the pool be heated for the duration of your reservation dates at an additional nightly fee of $75.00. - Please note: Pool heat is seasonal and only available for request October - May.
- Events and Parties Prohibited
Per local HOA guidelines and restrictions, this property is not available for events and/or parties (i.e., weddings, reunions). Unauthorized events/parties may result in fines or fees by the HOA and any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the guest. Non-compliance may additionally result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Weather/Travel: Guest booking in seasons when weather conditions may affect their decision to travel understand they are choosing to do so in full knowledge of the season and agree that last minute requests to cancel or attempts to change stay/reservation dates in these seasons are not honored and no refund or reimbursement applies. 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager encourages guests to consider available 3rd party travel insurance options for their stays if this is a concern.
