Harbor light reflects across the water as boats glide by and palm fronds shift in the coastal breeze. Days here move at an easy pace, shaped by water views, open air, and the natural rhythm of Holiday Isle. Whether you’re gathering poolside, watching harbor activity from the deck, or heading out toward the beach, the setting invites you to slow down and settle in.
Set directly on the Destin Harbor, Sun Kissed is an 8-bedroom, 7-bath waterfront home designed for large groups to share space comfortably. The layout spans three levels and sleeps up to 22 guests, offering multiple indoor and outdoor areas that allow everyone to gather or spread out as needed. Gated beach access nearby adds easy access to the Gulf while preserving the calm of the harborfront location.
Sleeping arrangements
The home’s bedrooms are arranged across all floors to balance privacy and flexibility. King suites are located throughout the house, alongside a bunk bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk and a double queen suite. Bathrooms include a mix of en-suite and Jack-and-Jill setups, supporting smooth routines for larger groups.
Living spaces
Two separate living areas make it easy to relax without crowding. The second floor centers around an open kitchen, dining area, and living space suited for shared meals and long evenings. On the first floor, a second living area includes a kitchenette and game space, creating a natural retreat for downtime. Large windows and doors throughout the home keep harbor views in constant sight.

The kitchen is equipped for group cooking and casual meals, with indoor dining space and an outdoor kitchen nearby. Whether meals are shared inside or enjoyed outdoors, the layout supports relaxed, communal dining.
Outdoor living
Outside, the pool and hot tub overlook the harbor, with surrounding decks and seating areas designed for lingering afternoons and quiet evenings. A fire pit, outdoor furniture, and backyard space extend the living areas outdoors. The private dock includes four boat slips, offering direct harbor access and proximity to water taxi service. Pool heating is available by request for an additional fee.
Location & extras
Holiday Isle combines harborfront calm with convenient access to dining and attractions just across the water. The home is pet-friendly (fee applies), allows long-term stays, and offers self check-in with a smart lock. Guests staying four or more nights receive a complimentary 1.5-hour sunset tiki cruise, weather-dependent and subject to availability. Winter snowbird rates are available upon inquiry.

We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The property is located on Holiday Isle and features private beach access to the community beach in Destin that lays between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin harbor. Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida is known for its gated beachfront access with limited access to our Holiday Isle homeowners and guests. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer.

- All guests staying at an 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager (Property Manager Homes) are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Parking: Information about parking will be noted in the check-in instructions received by the Guest prior to arrival.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: In the State of Florida and in Walton, Okaloosa, and Bay Counties, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
- Holiday Isle Beach Access: Key cards are located on lanyards in the home, 2 key cards per stay. Please be sure these are returned to the home, as a replacement fee of $50.00 per key card will apply if not found within the home upon departure.

- Animals/Pets -- Dogs Only, Guidelines and Fee*
Animals/pets must be disclosed prior to reservation arrival date. Only dogs are permitted in “Pet-Friendly” Property listings. Allowed number of dogs will be expressly stated in the listing and a $150.00 fee per animal/pet is required. Animals/pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises unless prior approval is obtained. Any unauthorized animals/pets at the property will result in a $150.00 per day / per animal/pet fee, and may result in your reservation being canceled, and you may be required to vacate from the Property.

- Pool Heat Guidelines and Fee
Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk. - If the Property includes an on-site pool that offers optional heating, you may request that the pool be heated for the duration of your reservation dates at an additional nightly fee of $75.00. - Please note: Pool heat is seasonal and only available for request October - May.
- Events and Parties Prohibited
Per local HOA guidelines and restrictions, this property is not available for events and/or parties (i.e., weddings, reunions). Unauthorized events/parties may result in fines or fees by the HOA and any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the guest. Non-compliance may additionally result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Weather/Travel: Guest booking in seasons when weather conditions may affect their decision to travel understand they are choosing to do so in full knowledge of the season and agree that last minute requests to cancel or attempts to change stay/reservation dates in these seasons are not honored and no refund or reimbursement applies. 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager encourages guests to consider available 3rd party travel insurance options for their stays if this is a concern.
