IMPORTANT : Please note that the rental agreement and check-in form must be completed before your stay in order to receive the necessary check-in instructions. *For foreign nationals, we kindly request that you provide your visa details as part of the check-in process. - The fifth room is a relatively small yet well-equipped space, featuring an attached bathroom with a steam facility and a private balcony. - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - The villa has an inverter backup in case of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request.
