Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely without restrictions.

- • Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
- • Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
- • Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
- ⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).
- 👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
- • We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years.
- • The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.
- 🐾 PETS WELCOME!
- • We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, subject to request and confirmation.
- • Additional cost: €30 per stay.
- • Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.
- 🧾 TOURIST TAX
- • €1.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
- • Children under 10 are exempt.
- • The tax is not included in the booking price.

- • We ask you to respect the waste separation rules.
