The home is equipped with air conditioning ❄️ for maximum comfort.
Among its highlights: a seasonal shared pool 🏊♂️ (open from June 15 to September 15), and shared parking 🚗 (non-exclusive use). A parking pass and instructions are provided in the apartment.
If space is available, you can park there directly; otherwise, free public parking is available nearby.
To access the apartment, you can use the elevator (depth: 105 cm, door width: 52 cm) from the street-level garage (ideal for unloading luggage), or take the stairs.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- ⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the “Historic Center.”
- If you plan to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking access hours.
- Paid parking 🅿️ is available in town, where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free! 😊
- 👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
- • We offer a crib and highchair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years
- • Service cost: €30 per stay, including bed linen
- 🧾 TOURIST TAX
- • €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days
- • Children under 15 are exempt
- • The tax is not included in the booking price
