Located in a quiet area, just around the corner from the Aqua Spa, Gym right across the street. The bus station is directly in front of the complex, easy to reach the beach and the town Center. Within a short 5-minute walk, you’ll find local Bars and Restaurants. Please note that there is no private parking provided. Street parking. Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date. Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out. We will automatically change the bed linen and towels at your property if you are booked for more than 7 nights. Should you wish them changed more often, there will be a charge per guest Plenty of local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a coffee maker. Plenty of on street parking available. Taxi rank and bus stop within a few minutes walk.
