Inside, the home features four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Each room is thoughtfully designed with luxurious king and queen beds, high-end linens, extra pillows, and plush blankets to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for gathering, with comfy seating, a large-screen TV, and a fully stocked game cabinet. The kitchen is designed for entertaining, offering plenty of cookware, serving dishes, and glassware, as well as a coffee and tea station to start your mornings off right. A large dining table expands to seat 10, making shared meals even more special. Step outside to your private backyard oasis, where you’ll find a heated pool and bubbling hot tub, surrounded by loungers, an outdoor sectional, and umbrellas for shade. Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool (heated between 80-90 degrees free of charge during Mar 1st –Dec 31st). If temps drop below 45°F for extended periods of time, the heater may turn off temporarily, but the hot tub is always ready for a warm soak! The spacious covered patio provides a perfect spot to unwind with a drink in hand, while the BBQ grill and firepit create an ideal setting for evening gatherings. For those looking for a little friendly competition, enjoy a variety of yard games including volleyball, badminton, bocce ball, horseshoes, and tetherball.
