The residential complex was completed in 2018. Build to the highest standards, it features modern apartments with incredible terraces with a southerns orientation. The accommodation features an underground parking with one parking space. The communal areas offer residents a large swimming pool area with solarium and designer gardens.

1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. This accommodation is family only and we do not accept high risk reservations.
9. We recommend renting a car as this is the most convenient and cost effective way of transportation.
Important: area’s of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area’s at all times. Thesy do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.

Botanic is located just minutes behind San Pedro, most known for the peaceful area offering guests a tranquil environment. It offers the perfect getaway from the regular busy life. The central location gives excellent acces to Puerto Banus, San Pedro, Estepona or Ronda. There are several small restaurants and local grocery store.
