For an exceptional stay in the French Riviera capital, we open the doors to a magnificent 140m2 apartment, fully air-conditioned & in the immediate vicinity of the iconic Promenade des Anglais. This superb Haussmann-style residence is located on the top floor of a building with an elevator, it has beautiful volumes and a warm appearance thanks to its Hungarian point parquet flooring and very contemporary decoration. It is arranged as follows: - a splendid entrance hall leading first on the left to a bedroom more intended for a child with a single bed, storage (chest of drawers, cupboards), air conditioning, this bedroom overlooks the street side with double glazing. - on the other side of the hall on your right is the master bedroom equipped with a King Size bed (180x200), an armchair, it extends into an adjoining room which constitutes the bedroom’s dressing room - then, the entrance hall opens onto a corridor with an office on the right, it is also open to the master bedroom but has a blind to close access if necessary - the corridor leads to its left to a very beautiful and bright living room composed of: a lounge area with Smart TV, free Wi-Fi connection; a dining area; a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc… The living room also has a long balcony with a view of the Church Saint-Pierre-d’Arène in Nice. - when you continue your discovery of the accommodation, you will find a first bathroom with bathtub, WC & double sink, then a second bathroom approaching the last bedroom with shower, vanity unit, WC. In the latter there is a laundry area which can be closed with washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board… - finally, the corridor opens onto the third & last bedroom equipped with a Queen Size 160x200 bed, an armchair, a chest of drawers. The apartment is located in a very pleasant area, a stone’s throw from Villa Masséna, the magnificent Negresco hotel, emblematic of Nice, & of course 150m from the beach for sunbathing or the Promenade des Anglais for a nice stroll . You will be 6 minutes walk from the Alsace Lorraine tram station, line 2 station which connects the airport to the port of Nice. You will also be a two-minute walk from bus stops serving several parts of the city. Note that there are a few steps to climb on the ground floor to reach the elevator (5-6 steps).
