In the immediate vicinity of Cap de Nice & the magnificent walks that go with it, at the junction of two of the French Riviera’s most beautiful towns/villages, let yourself be charmed by this magnificent apartment for a memorable stay for two.
Located on the first floor of a beautiful & well-maintained residence, the apartment has all the assets to capture your interest immediately: the possibility of parking your vehicle in the residence’s outdoor parking lot, a raised first floor with lovely trees to let you enjoy its sunny terrace without too many overlookings, with a distant sea view.
The apartment is air-conditioned and enjoys a quiet location & neighborhood for a well-deserved rest during your stay. Although close to the Basse Corniche road, the fact that the first floor is slightly set back, elevated and well soundproofed (with double glazing) means you won’t be disturbed by the surrounding nuisance.
The apartment is laid out as follows:
- You enter through an airlock featuring several storage cupboards, a door leading to the utility cupboard with a washing machine at your disposal, then a second door leading to the shower room with WC, vanity unit & walk-in shower.
- Then you enter the bright, high-ceilinged living room. This room is divided into several areas with distinct functions
- First you’ll find on your right a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster & kettle.
- Opposite the kitchen you’ll find a dining area with table & chairs that opens onto the living area with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV with international channels & streaming applications, free WiFi connection.
- The living room is bathed in light thanks to an attractive glass roof shared with the bedroom, but also thanks to the French window opening onto the adjoining terrace, which features an outdoor table & armchairs, as well as a relaxation area with chaise longue.
- The bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a standard-size double bed.
You’ll be just a few steps from local shops (pharmacy, supermarket, bakery) & less than 100m from a bus stop (Château de l’anglais station) for downtown Nice. The “Maeterlinck” bus stop is also a 3-minute walk from the pretty & colorful village of Villefranche-sur-Mer. However, if you want to make the most of what the region has to offer, you’ll need a car!
Just a stone’s throw from a sublime panorama of the city of Nice, there are many lovely walks and bike rides available. There’s a cycle path opposite the entrance to the residence & you can cycle to Villefranche-sur-Mer along the coast in just a few minutes.
