Lovely one bedroom apartment only 600 mts from the beach, featured with terrace overlooking the sea, roof terrace, air conditioning and free parking

Perfectly decorated in a very modern style, with functional furniture, the apartment is spacious and very bright, perfect for a couple.
DistributionLarge dining room, with direct access to the terrace, has air conditioning. It consists of sofa, coffee table and tv.
Very up-to-date, independent kitchen fully equipped with new appliances, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all the necessary kitchen utensils to cook in the apartment.
Bedroom with a 150 cm double bed and a built-in wardrobe. It offers air conditioning. Despite being in the center of town, the area is quiet and ideal for relaxation. The sheets are included in the rent.
Very spacious four-piece bathroom: sink, toilet, shower and bidet. Towels are included in the rent.
Terrace with table and chairs, has access from the living room and the master bedroom. It is an ideal place to relax after a hard day at the beach.

Surroundings
The Río Salado area is very quiet and from here you can walk almost anywhere in Conil. Near the apartment is the Hostal Costa de la Luz and the Zapola fry, well-known establishments in Conil. To go to the beach we take Calle Virgen de la Luz towards the sea and about 800 meters away we find the area of Los Bateles and the promenade. To go to the center of the town we take Virgen de la Luz in the opposite direction to the sea until we reach Pascual Junquera street until we reach the Arco de la Villa, considered the central point of the historic center of Conil.
