Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation message on your cell phone. If you need to contact us, you can send a message to the same number. Opening hours: every day from 08:00 to 22:00 (uninterrupted).
- Access to the apartment is by self check-in only.
- Arrival time: from 15:00 onwards. If you need an earlier arrival time, please send a request message at least 12 hours in advance (the response will depend on the availability of the property).
- Bed linen and towels are included. They will be arranged according to the number of people for whom the reservation has been made and according to the number of beds indicated.
- Small kitchen kit (kitchen towel, a small bottle of dishwasher, a sponge for washing dishes, a garbage bag). In each bathroom, a small welcome set with soap, shampoo and shower gel and 3 toilet papers.
- For hygienic reasons, you will not find any food products in the house (no sugar, no coffee, no oil, no salt, no pepper).
- Departure time: 11:00 at the latest. If you need to extend the check-out time, you must send a request message at least 12 hours in advance (the answer will be based on the availability of the property).
- STAY FEE: STAY FEE (municipal tax per day and per person for a maximum of 7 days - Children under 15 years old excluded). It is NOT included in the price of the reservation. Depending on the season, the price per person varies between 1.00 and 2.00 euros.
- Guests are kindly requested to respect the selective garbage collection. On departure, no garbage must be left inside the apartment, otherwise the guest will be charged a penalty of 30,00 euros.
- EXTRA SERVICES FOR A CHARGE
- EARLY CHECK IN: It is possible to arrive early (from 8:00 a.m.) with 12 hours' notice and subject to availability. The cost of this service is 40 euros.
- LATE CHECK OUT: You can check out at 3:00 pm at the latest, with 12 hours' notice and depending on the availability of the property. The cost of this service is 50 euros.
- PET FRIENDLY: We accept only small dogs and will be happy to accommodate them. Upon request and confirmation from us. There is an additional cost of 30 euros (for the entire stay).
