Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - 1 pet is allowed for an additional fee of $100 per pet. Please clean up after your pet.
- - No smoking on the premises inside or outside. Fees may apply.
- - Fireworks are not allowed.
- - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- - Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times provided in your arrival instructions to ensure a smooth transition between guests.
- - Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay.
- - For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- - If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- - Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.
- - Please place all trash in the designated trash bins.
- - Please follow the instructions on how to use the indoor fireplace posted at the property.
- - There is a security camera present at the property. Please do not tamper with it.
- Pool Rules:
- - No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- - Supervise children at all times.
- - No glass is allowed in the pool or pool area. Additional fees may apply if glass is found in the pool area.
- - Do not touch or move the cleaning robot in the pool to prevent damage.
- - Pool service is scheduled every Monday, but this may be subject to change.
- HVAC Rules:
- Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
