This modern, spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a tranquil escape with outdoor dining and views of the resort pool with very easy access to the sandy shores. This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a memorable beach vacation. The community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting. Bedrooms: The master bedroom boasts a luxuriously designed queen size bed, enveloping you in comfort after a day of beach adventures. The second bedroom features bunk beds with one full and two twins, perfect for accommodating families or groups of friends. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa that will comfortably accommodate 2 guests. We care about your sleep, bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with cozy linens and ample storage space for your belongings. Bathrooms: Pamper yourself in the well-appointed bathrooms, featuring luxurious Lather Soaps, Frette towels and a refreshing ambiance. Living Area: The living area is designed to be an inviting space where you can unwind and spend quality time with loved ones. Sink into the plush sofas and enjoy a movie night on the large flat-screen TV or board games with the family. The open concept layout allows for seamless interaction between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it easy to entertain or simply enjoy each other’s company. We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking: 1) Our properties are protected by Truvi. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in. 2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. If you are booking a flat for over 30 days, you will be provided with the standard tenant package as required under Virginia law, and be required to acknowledge receipt of the same. The terms of our Agreement will remain as agreed to on the booking platform, and anything implied under Virginia state law. Please note that the building has ring cameras monitoring and recording the exterior and common areas of the building at all times. There are absolutely no cameras on or in the interior of any unit. Our properties require Property Manager to collect the name and picture of a government-issued photo ID for each guest. Property Manager, our guests, and our properties are protected by Truvi. Please note you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify your identity. This verification step keeps everyone safe and provides additional insurance on your stay. As part of this process, there is a required $100 damage waiver to be completed during the Truvi verification. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in. For the comfort of our guests and team members, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted inside or within thirty (30) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke your card can be charged, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and your security deposit will be forfeited. Property Manager will contact the booking service, terminate your stay and post the appropriate review. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Property Manager homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe, these devices can not record or decipher what you are saying they are only for monitoring noise. Noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Property Manager representative will respond and your reservation could be terminated without refund. What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains - If found that these cause plumbing issues Property Manager can and will charge the guest. * Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. * Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet. * Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads * Dental Floss * Q-tips/Cotton Balls * Diapers * Pills * Paper Towels/Tissues or excess toilet paper Fireworks are illegal in Virginia. If you are found to be engaged in setting off fireworks we are required by the city to immediately terminate your stay. Also If you are found responsible for having started a wildfire or dune fire with fireworks, you may be liable for all suppression and reclamation costs or even face imprisonment and fines. 3) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Property Manager reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice. 4) There is free parking for 2 vehicles. There is parking for two vehicles in the parking garage under building B. Please park one vehicle in the assigned parking space. The second vehicle may be parked in any unmarked space or a space marked compact car. Please ensure permits are displayed at all times, as towing is strictly enforced at your expense. No parking is available anywhere else in the development. If any additional parking spaces are needed outside of the two spots given there is overflow parking located next door at Little Island Park. Please note that neither Property Manager nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Neither Property Manager nor the owner guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity. 5) This is not an oceanfront unit, it is located in an oceanside building. This unit is an interior unit with pool views. 6) Sanctuary condos are 8-10 miles from a grocery store we recommend doing your grocery shopping on the way in to Sandbridge. There is a fabulous market as soon as you enter Sandbridge for your convenience. 7) This unit is not located within a resort or hotel.  Accordingly, there is not a concierge, maid service, or on-staff employees.  This is a private rental. All outdoor amenities such as pool, hot tub, and restaurants are not owned by the unit owner and are subject to the service and operations of the individual business owner.  The swim up cabana bar is permanently closed. 8) The Sanctuary has a no-pet policy. Only service animals are permitted with written documentation on letterhead from a licensed professional currently providing treatment to a guest of the reservation which identifies the need for the service animals and confirms the guest is currently treated by such professional. Stays less than 30 nights are governed by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA mandates that services animals, not animals providing emotional support (commonly referred to as ESAs), are permitted in public places which include hotels or short-term rentals. A service animal is distinguished from an ESA because it performs a specific task in relation to the human’s disability. An ESA is not trained to perform any specific task. ***Please note that we must accept ESAs for stays exceeding 30 nights so the above statement does not apply to stays of that duration*** 9) We provide 4 beach chairs and one beach umbrella.
