This home can optionally be unfurnished for a reduced rate of $8,500 a month. The home also comes with a parking spaces that can fit two small-medium sedans. This space is gorgeously designed for the wordily family with impeccable taste. This home also has the option to be rented unfurnished for a reduced price. The living room features a wall mounted TV and two plush couches, accessories with colorful pillows. If you prefer to read, there is an entire shelf of books available at your leisure. The living room seamlessly integrates with the dining and kitchen area. The dining room table can comfortable seat four people with space on the end to pull up an additional two chairs. Bar seating is also available toward the beginning of the kitchen. This kitchen features a gorgeous exposed brick wall where floating shelves display your provided dishware. The stainless steel dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator are the perfect enhancement to this already beautiful kitchen. Additionally, the range is present for those who prefer to cook. Cafe seating for two is located under the kitchen’s skylight next to the wall of windows allowing a bright space to illuminate the kitchen. Just outside of the kitchen is a rear patio that becomes your private oasis in the city. It features seating and plants to make you feel like you’re being cradled by nature. Upstairs you’ll find the soothing bedrooms. The two of the upstairs bedrooms have and the en-suite bathroom next to the room is provides an excellent sense of privacy. Each of the bedrooms has been designed for comfort with plenty of storage for your clothes and more. The bathrooms have been updated with modern fixtures and tile flooring. There’s also a home office featuring a standing and sitting desk, ergonomic chair, and skylights to brighten the space while you work. The ground floor bedroom also features a kitchenette and its own private bedroom. Our home is contactless seamless and easy self check in. Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly.
