We acquired this amazing 1905 Charleston Victorian duplex home in the heart of the popular and trendy Cannonborough neighborhood in September 2019 and completely renovated with professional interior design in January 2022. Just 2 blocks from King Street, this rear unit bungalow offers 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and 1 bathroom with tub.
This rear unit, Driftwood Cottage at the Dunes on Spring, is 730 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The polished pine hardwood floors are reminiscent of the early 1900s while the decor lends a chic and trendy atmosphere. Bright and private, this bungalow boasts new appliances and a washer and dryer for a perfect home away from home.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
