This Property Manager is situated in one of Milwaukee’s most historic buildings, the old Pabst malt house. Architectural features include original Cream City brick, exposed beams, arched windows, and city skyline views. The building is fully loaded with amenities including a fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and bags (otherwise known as cornhole).
The space:
The apartment sleeps two with a comfy queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. The full bath has an ADA-compliant roll-in shower but does not have a bathtub.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. Ages 21+ to book.
- 2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
- 3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
- 4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
- 5. Quiet time after 10pm.
- 6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
- 7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
- 8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
- *Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.
