A short walk to the beach and spectacular sea views. There is a tavern with amazing views. Prokopios is about 2km with a range of shops, restaurants, mini market bars etc. Naxos town is approximately 10 minutes drive.
This is a gem of a property due to its location. There are very few homes with views and walking distance to Agios Prokopios beach. Renowned as one of the best beaches in Greece. It is the style of a town hour with living areas and patios taking advantage of the higher breezier areas bright and spectacular views while the bedrooms are located in the lower part of the home.
The home is entirely accessible to guests only and you are renting the entire home. There is parking for one car.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
