Welcome to my home! I welcome you to my 90 square meter apartment in the heart of the 11th arrondissement of Paris. It’s ideally located near the Place de la BASTILLE and the MARAIS district. Welcome to my superb duplex apartment in the heart of the 11th arrondissement.
The apartment is located in a luxury residence called "Le Patio des Artistes". Open the first door and you’ll find yourself in a beautiful courtyard with a green wall, a real haven of peace in the middle of this lively district.
This large 95m2 3-room former artist’s studio can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located on the 1st floor with elevator.

Paris' 11th arrondissement stretches from the Place de la Bastille to the Place de la Nation and the Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it is nevertheless homogeneous in the sense that it's a lively arrondissement, full of bars and restaurants, where there's plenty to experience. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,No noise after 10pm.
- The accommodation is non-smoking and parties and pets are not allowed.
- When you make your reservation request, do not hesitate to give me some information about the people who will accompany you during your stay. If it is not already done I will ask you to check your ID with Airbnb right after the confirmation in order to validate your identity.
