This secluded midcentury style retreat, consisting of seven bedrooms in four suites with private entrances sits right on the waterfront with private dock access. Each suite also features a living room, kitchen and dining area. The many amenities include a heated pool, lounge areas, cabanas, dock, al fresco dining and a grilling area.

All reservations over Christmas and New Year’s Eve require a minimum of 7 nights and must cover the following dates: December 20th to 27th or December 27th to January 3rd (+/-1 day). Please contact the host before making your reservation.

At a glance:
The reservation owner is required to be at least 25 years old, sign a simple rental agreement and be verified by SafelyStay in order confirm the reservation and occupy the property.
The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 18 guests (up to 14 adults over the age of 13). After the 14th guest, there is a $50 per night per guest charge added to the reservation.
Should you request an early check-in (before 4 pm) or a late checkout (after 10 am) please do so at least 24h ahead. Subject to fees and availability.
Approved pets are welcome; a non-refundable $150 per pet fee shall apply.
