Exceptional Holiday Villa for exclusive vacations - suitable for large families and groups. But even for weddings.
This exclusive holiday home in the center of Tuscany was very extensively renovated and very tastefully furnished with genuine antiques partly – antique Persian rugs, antique cabinets, tables, pictures and much more related to the property, which is probably originated about 200 years ago. But it has not forgotten Today’s amenities - so has the house with air conditioning, Internet, satellite TV, dishwasher and a laundry room - and 2 kitchens. Thus, even friends who want to be alone, be separately by itself. Between the two house - hall with shower, toilet and laundry room - and the second kitchen, is a steel door. In the low season can also only half of the holiday home be rented on request.
The holiday villa is situated on a plot of some hectare land (mostly olive trees) next to another villa of the owners, which is also rented out, and on the end smaller rustic house. No other houses near.
Front of the house parking lot and very well-kept garden with ancient olive trees and an arbor with dining table covered with Bougainville. Deeper on the terrace is the swimming pool with overflow and hydro massage (6 x 12m, 135cm deep, open from May to late September) with a dream panorama. Below the pool is a changing room with shower and toilet, further on the same level a second arbor with table and chairs.
This place and holiday home invite you for relax, but – as they are very near -also to visit many nearby places for the time of your holiday - you are just half an hour from Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Pistoia, the sea is about 40 minutes. Very close are the towns Montecatini (health resort with spa) and Monsummano Terme.

Pool: the swimming pool is exclusively for guests and has 6 x 12m, depth 135cm, hydro massage and overflow. It is slightly below the house on a terrace with a breathtaking view of the valley. Below the Poole is a shower and toilet with dressing room, next to a gazebo with table and chairs - both lit so that you can swim in the evening. The pool has chlorine and some special salt.
Around the pool on the sun deck there are deck chairs, parasols, tables and chairs. It is open to the pool, between May and September. Small pets on request.
Including in Price a "LIght Dinner" on Arrival ( Pasta, Pasta Sauce, Parmesan cheese, bread and salad. Chianti wine and water.) Same arrangment for the first breakfast - including in Price next morning after Arrival toast, Croissants, marmalade, butter, honey, cereal, fruite Juice, coffee, tea, milk and sugar.
