Beautifully furnished and well-kept detached house with garden in the Montignoso district, approx. 3 km from the sea. The house is reached by a little-used road or path, you can park opposite on the owner’s property. The garden is beautifully laid out with many flowers and plants and very well maintained. There are 2 dining tables with chairs.
The house has approx. 80m2, 2 terraces, dining room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and oven, next to the bathroom with washing machine. The spacious living room with pellet stove has a flat screen TV, table and sofa. A few stairs up is the sleeping area with a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and another bedroom with a french bed and an additional bed.
From the house you can admire the panorama of Castello Aghinolfi.

Montignoso is a small independent village between Massa and Forte dei Marmi and also includes Cinquale by the sea. The Apuan Alps are within sight, Carrara and its marble quarries are about 10 minutes away and well worth a visit.
