Shippon Cottage is a relaxing three-bedroom holiday let nestled in the village of Combe Martin on the North Devon coast. Sleeping up to five guests, this charming countryside cottage is the perfect retreat for families or couples looking to enjoy a holiday. Tucked away behind the main central courtyard on the popular Wheel Farm Cottages site, Shippon Cottage enjoys its own private entrance and outside seating area.
Guests enter the cottage into the lovely comfy lounge, which has large sofas, a TV with Freeview and a DVD player. For the colder months, the lounge also benefits from its own wood-burning stove making it a great place to relax after enjoying a day exploring North Devon.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
