Occupying an enviable position overlooking Vale do Milho golf course this magnificent four-bedroom villa is modern in architecture and contemporary in design. Beautifully furnished and appointed this luxury villa is a perfect choice.
On entrance level there is an open lounge kitchen, lounge and dining area which is flooded with natural light due to the double aspect windows. Patio doors from one side lead to the pool and terrace area and from the other an atrium offering a space for peace and tranquillity. For convenience there is an entrance WC.
From the lounge there is a hallway leading to two bedrooms. There is a further inner courtyard which is a stunning design feature blending the beautiful landscaped gardens outside with the interior.
There are two double bedrooms, one with bed of 160cm and the other 180cm both benefit from en suite bathrooms with walk in showers. They have direct access through patio doors to the terrace and pool.
Upstairs there is a twin bedroom and a further bedroom with king size bed (180cm). These share the use of a family bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Patio doors from both bedrooms lead to a terrace with outstanding views.
Thoughtfully landscaped gardens surround the villa, the terrace area offers plenty of space for al fresco dining, relaxing and sunbathing. A Weber gas BBQ is provided. There is a lawned area flanked with boarders and hedges offering privacy to the outdoor area. The pool is 9x4m and saltwater, can be heated for an extra cost of 170€ per week.
The villa is fully fenced and has a private driveway with space for several vehicles.
The location is ideal for families, Centeanes beach is a ten-minute walk and there are several restaurants and a small supermarket that can be reached on foot. This is an excellent beach for families with a good restaurant/snack bar and water sports/boat trips offered. The famous seven hanging valleys walking trail starts at Centeanes beach and is well worth the effort for the views of the magnificent coastline.
Vale do Milho Golf welcomes all ages and abilities so an ideal activity for families. For more serious golfers, Gramacho is a ten-minute drive. Rocha brava is a ten-minute walk and here there are tennis courts and a gym.
