This recently built villa can only be described as outstanding. Built on an elevated plot it commands exceptional views of the surrounding countryside, Serra de Monchique to the north and the Atlantic Ocean to the south.
The flexible accommodation is spread over three floors and consists of five double/twin en-suite bedrooms and a self-contained suite; extensive outdoor space with terraced gardens and an infinity pool.
The property is gated, alarmed and benefits from full air conditioning and electric shutters throughout. The bathrooms all have underfloor heating. There are flat screen televisions and sonos sound systems in every room. The entrance driveway has good turning space and room for numerous cars together with a double carport.
Once inside the property you enter a generous sized hallway and split level, open plan living area. There are two seating areas, a dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen is fitted with high quality appliances including large wine fridge, an American style fridge freezer, microwave, oven and induction hob and dishwasher. There is a large flat screen television with blue-ray, dvd and playstation 4 in the living area. Patio doors give access to the extensive terrace area and infinity pool.
Also on this floor are a guest cloakroom, laundry area consisting of washing machine, tumble drier and sink and two bedrooms.
On the first floor the Master bedroom suite (From Russia with love) has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes, dressing area and en-suite bathroom comprising walk in shower, twin sinks and wc and heated towel rail. This room has access to the upper terrace through patio doors where there is a panoramic view of the sea, the gardens and the lower terrace and pool. The terrace area is comfortably furnished.
Across the landing, Goldfinger bedroom also has access to the terrace overlooking the pool and garden. This room is furnished with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom consists of wet room, bath, double sink, bidet, wc and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3, you only live twice, overlooks the north aspect and entrance drive. This room has a super king bed that can be split to make 2 single beds. The en-suite bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, single sink, wc and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 4, Thunderball, has a double sofa bed and fitted wardrobes with a view to the north. The en-suite bathroom consists of walk-in shower, single sink and heated towel rail
Bedroom 5, Diamonds are forever, overlooks the terrace and pool and has a sea view. This room has a super king bed that can be split to make two single beds and fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom consists walk-in shower, single sink, wc and heated towel rail.
Opposite the laundry room there is a staircase leading to the lower ground floor that accommodates the self-contained suite, Octopussy. This has an open plan living area with dining table sofa bed and small fully fitted kitchen comprising oven, 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a double if necessary.
The en-suite bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, single sink, wc and heated towel rail.
There is access to the garden and small terrace through patio doors.
The outdoor area of this property does not disappoint. The extensive terrace is sumptuously furnished and with lounging and dining furniture, a double hammock and separate bbq area. The lighting has been thoughtfully incorporated to add atmosphere. The pool area has a shower room with toilet facilities.
The infinity pool has shallow steps to enter and is 12x6 meters and can be lit at night. Pool heating is offered at an additional cost.
This magnificent property is tastefully decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard reflecting the owner’s interest in James Bond movies. It sits on a well-tended terraced plot in a rural location. This coastline has numerous beaches to choose from, the acclaimed Marinha beach is a fifteen minute walk away. There are several restaurants close by in addition to the facilities in the nearby towns of Benagil and Carvoeiro.
This house is walking distance from the seven hanging valleys walking trail on the cliff, it is outstandingly beautiful
