Within a short walk there are several excellent restaurants and the Rocha Brava complex which offers a supermarket, bar and sporting facilities including tennis and a gym. Carvoeiro is a five-minute drive to the west and offers many more restaurants, shops and bars and is home to the outstanding Pestana Golf complex offering three championship courses.
On entering the villa there is a spacious dining area with a stunning feature ceiling and patio doors to an inner courtyard leading with stairs to the roof terrace.
There is a large fully fitted kitchen and a lounge area with patio doors to the pool area.
A door from the lounge leads to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom offering bath, twin sinks and walk in shower.
On the other side of the house there are two twin bedrooms sharing the use of a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a further double bedroom with en suite bathroom offering walk in shower and bath.
All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and have patio doors leading to the pool and terrace.
Externally there is a covered seating area featuring traditional blue and white Portuguese tiles. There is a BBQ and large terrace surrounding the private heated swimming pool 11x5m (heating optional extra) with roman end steps.
The villa is fully gated and benefits from an alarm. The private driveway has space for several vehicles.
