FANTASTICALLY LOCATED FAMILY VILLA WITH PRIVATE HEATED SWIMMING POOL IN WALKING DISTANCE OF CARVOEIRO
This single storey villa is conveniantly situated just a short walk from the centre of Carvoeiro so a car is not necessary but is advisable if you wish to explore the area. It is possible to walk to both Centeanes and Carvoeiro beach and restaurants, shops and bars can be easily reached by foot.
On entrance there is a lounge and dining area with patio doors leading to the terrace and private swimming pool. There are three bedrooms which all benefit from patio doors to the pool and garden. There is a master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with a further en suite bathroom. There is a third bedroom with double bed which has use of the entrance WC. There is a modern fully fitted kitchen and roof terrace with sea views. There is a garden with orange, lemon and pomegranate trees and several shaded places to sit.
The pool is 9x5m and can be heated for an additional fee. There is plenty of space for sun loungers and several different options for external dining and two built in BBQ’s. There is space on the private gated driveway for several vehicles. The house has been renovated with attractive new bathrooms and has the beneit of underfloor heating so it is ideal for anytime of year.
The interior is really well presented with neutral tones and is ideal for a family holiday!
