Welcome to our spacious family apartment, nestled in a charming courtyard on the hills of Lecco!
Our apartment features a large living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, making it ideal for families with children or groups of friends of up to six guests. Enjoy the fresh air while exploring the nearby towns, historic villas on the lake, and hiking trails in the mountains.
Upon entering, you’ll find a bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a cozy seating area with a TV, and a dining space with a large table. The sleeping area consists of a spacious master bedroom and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. The living room sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spots, complete with a comfortable topper mattress. The bathroom has a recently renovated walk-in shower and is also equipped with a washing machine.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
