The Home
The NOLA house is a recently renovated and well-equipped two-room apartment located in the center of Colico, a short distance from the lakeside promenade, various bars, and restaurants! Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a spacious living room with a kitchen, dining area, TV, and a comfortable sofa bed. There’s also access to the balcony with a splendid view of the mountains! The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped, and many other amenities are available, including a TV and a dishwasher.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
