The apartment is conveniently located on the 5th level and is fully accessible via the building’s elevator. （Note: While the elevator is fully operational and safe to use, please be aware that the main cabin lights are still being repaired, and the backup emergency lighting is currently in use.） *PARKING* Parking Disclaimer: Only vehicles under 4800mm in length and 1800mm in height are permitted to use the mechanical parking system. Do not attempt to park if your vehicle exceeds these limits. Upon booking, please read through the parking instructions and comply with the request. We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss caused by failure to follow the stated instructions. Any such damage - including vehicle repair, towing, or related costs - will be entirely your responsibility. You and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself, please make yourself at home! Public Transportation ・Train: Auburn Station -- 4 mins walk/Glenferrie Station -- 10 mins walk, offering quick access to the CBD ・Tram: Multiple tram routes along Glenferrie Road ・Car: Easy access to major roads and parking options around the area ・Extra bedding: Our apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, with 2 of the sleeping arrangements provided on an queen sized air mattress due to limited bed availability (2 queen). There is an additional $35 fee for providing linens and setting up the air mattress. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay! ・Last minute same day booking: There might be delayed check in if you book same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay. ・Early Check-in & Late Checkout: To confirm availability, please message us at least 2 days in advance.
