Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless âGrace Periodâ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- No Smoking or Vaping on Premises ($200 to $500 penalty charged if house rule is ignored)
- No Cats allowed. Dogs upon approval.
- Pool Use Rules for Short-Term Rentals
- We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests using the pool. Please review and adhere to the following rules:
- Heater Use:
- The pool heater is available for reasonable use.
- A $500 penalty will be charged if the heater is left on for extended periods (over 4 hours, overnight, or multiple days). Please use it responsibly to avoid additional fees.
- Safety Measures for Children:
- If children are present at the property, the alarm system on sliding doors and windows must be activated at all times.
- Children may use the pool only under the supervision and in the company of adults. This is non-negotiable to ensure everyoneâs safety.
- Responsible Behavior:
- Guests are expected to practice safe and responsible behavior in and around the pool area.
- Please avoid running, roughhousing, or any activities that could lead to injuries or property damage.
- Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges or the termination of your stay. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment!
