Off of the living room is an office space, perfect for getting some work done before getting back to relaxation! There are sliding glass doors that open to the screened in lanai! Master Suite The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, a mounted flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors for direct access to the lanai. There is an attached master bathroom with a double vanity sink and a large walk-in, tiled shower. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and nightstand. Bathroom 2 The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom features an adult rated queen over queen bunk bed, floor length mirror, and nightstand. Outside Unwind in your own private outdoor oasis, featuring a screened-in lanai with a heated pool and water feature. Enjoy dining at the spacious table with seating for eight, enjoy meals on the gas grill, or relax in the cozy seating area around the gas fire table. There is a corn hole game for some friendly competition or head over to the garage where you will find a ping pong table and two cruiser bikes. Electric Usage Policy: The home includes $6 per day in electricity usage. Any usage above this amount will be charged at $2.53 per kWh and deducted from the security deposit or charged through OTA after checkout. The property is equipped with a digital meter that is read at check-in and check-out. **Please note when the temperatures drop it can take longer for the pool to heat** Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out. Located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods of SW Cape Coral. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in.
