This property is located in a quiet residential area and the residential noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM must be followed. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Fort Lauderdale Police Department gets dispatch to the property. Valid ID is required upon arrival matching ID provided at time of reservation. Reservation will be canceled if the rules are not followed. Provided there are no damages to the villa, the hold will be automatically released within 5 to 15 days after your check-out date.
