Minutes from 2nd and 3rd beaches, local vineyards, Sweet Berry Farm and all Newport has to offer. Property is on a lovely private lane, walking distance to Golf Club and abuts walking paths within Aquidneck Land Trust Greenway Trail. Small pets may be considered.
Enjoy biking to Sweet Berry Farm for breakfast, a tasting at Greenvale Vineyards or biking to 3rd or 2nd Beach for a swim with the new beach cruisers available for guests. The home is also located a few minutes from a local seafood store and a butchery. After a fun filled day at the beach, the south facing deck is a perfect setting for an aperitif while watching the sunset and grilling on the new Weber Grill.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - No loud outdoor parties or get together without prior approval
- - If a pet is on the property it must receive prior pet approval, thanks for being honest!
- - If pet approved- no pets on the furnishings at any time and please remember to clean up after them.
- - No bonfires at anytime
- - Please do not rearrange furnishings without prior approval
- - If grill is used during stay, please cover once cooled down
