Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- Restricted access: It is mandatory to send a photo of your ID or passport to the host at least 48 hours in advance to receive the QR code for residential access.
- Apartment location: Single-level property located on the second floor without elevator.
- Electricity consumption: Not included in the price. Payment can be made in cash, local bank transfer, or via Property Manager.
- Check-in time: From 3:00 PM.
- Check-out time: Until 11:00 AM.
- Damage responsibility: Charges apply for any damage to the residential area, apartment, belongings, or defects caused during your stay.
- Internet included: High-speed WiFi for your comfort and remote work.
- Cribs: Available upon request with prior notice; limited quantity.
- Basic provisions: We recommend visiting a supermarket before arrival. The accommodation provides bottled drinking water, coffee, and sugar; replenishment is the guest’s responsibility.
