While our complex may not be the newest, it offers significantly more space than many modern apartments—135 m² of internal living area plus a generous 35 m² balcony! You’ll love the comfort and room to relax.
The space
What our apartment offers:
- 2 bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds. Sofa bed is available upon request for an additional fee of $22. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom plus a second bathroom.
All linens and towels are provided! (Based on the number of guests registered. Linens and towels are provided by professional hotel bedding suppliers and we make our beds according to hotel style and standards)
- Large front balcony with beautiful park view and separate private small balconies in both of our bedrooms.
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice meal and make yourself at home!
- Smart TV and comfy sofa in our spacious lounge room!
- Huge rear garage rooftop terrace!
- Separately air-conditioned living area, master bedroom, and second bedroom.
- In-unit laundry. Complimentary laundry detergent provided (may not last for the entire stay)

Garage Usage:
The garage is an open garage for parking—no remote is needed.
Keep the garage door open at all times.
Please note the following dimensions to ensure your vehicle fits comfortably:
Height Clearance: 200 cm
Width: 240 cm
Length: 590 cm
This space is best suited for standard-sized cars. Larger vehicles such as vans or tall SUVs may not fit due to the height restriction. Please check your vehicle dimensions before booking.
Guests may only park inside the garage or on the street. All other parking spaces belong to other residents and must not be used.
Waste Disposal:
General rubbish MUST NOT be placed in the yellow or green bins.
Yellow bin: For recycling only (paper, plastic, glass).
Green bin: For garden waste only (leaves, branches).
Red bin: For general rubbish.
Do not overload bins. If rubbish exceeds capacity, place it in tied-up garbage bags.
Incorrect disposal or overloading may result in penalties.

NO PARTY RULES and QUIET HOURS

Our house is not suitable for parties and events. The neighbor will call either me, our local security patrol, or the police if the noise is excessive after 10 PM.
We had issues with guests using our house for parties before and Property Manager has helped us to install a noise monitor (For more info please search MINUT online) in our outdoor area. It is camera-free and simply monitors sound levels in the area. It does not listen in on conversations or capture any data. This device is fully integrated with Property Manager and when excessive noise (over 80 dBs) is detected during our quiet hour (10 pm - 8 am second day), an alarm will be sent off to you through Property Manager to remind you to keep the noise down and move your activities inside our home. If the noise persists, I will try to contact you first and resolve any issues with you. If I cannot reach you or the noise persists after our call, the local safety patrol or police will be informed and further actions will be taken.

Check-in instructions will be available to you automatically no later than 1 day before your stay. These instructions will be provided via a mobile app link compatible with iOS, Android, phones, tablets, and desktop computers. By clicking on the link, you’ll find detailed instructions with images, locations, and information on nearby cafes and restaurants. If you have any trouble accessing the link, feel free to message me anytime for assistance :)
Check-out instructions will be sent automatically no later than 1 day before your departure. You can find check-out details either in the link provided earlier or on the Property Manager app. Please remember to TAKE A PHOTO OF THE RETURNED KEYS once you have checked out!

We usually need at least a day to arrange cleaning and inform our cleaners of special check-in requirements. If you have made a same-day booking, we cannot ensure you a 3 pm check-in. However we will try our best to accommodate your request, therefore drop us a message before you make a last-minute booking and let us know your planned arrival time!

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS

Unlike hotels, we do not have an onsite cleaning service, and our cleaners typically schedule their visits a day in advance. Our standard check-in time is 3 PM to ensure our home is thoroughly cleaned and ready for your stay. If you need an early check-in, please contact me at least a day before your planned arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any early check-in requests on the day of your arrival. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS

We understand that sometimes you enjoy your stay so much that you’d like to extend it a little longer! However, since we often have guests arriving the same day you check out and we don’t have alternative rooms, all late check-out requests must be made until a day (until MIDDAY only) before your departure. This ensures our cleaners have ample time to prepare the home for the next guests.
Unfortunately, we will not accommodate late check-out requests on the day of your departure. Without a late check-out confirmation, our cleaners will begin their work at 10 AM and will have access to the property for housekeeping.

Both items are available upon request for a fee of $22 each, payable through Property Manager. Once payment is received, we will organize them to be prepared for your use. We only provide regular sheets for our cot and it will be made up for you. We also recommend that you bring your own linens to ensure the sensitive and delicate skin of your baby is well protected!

STARTER SUPPLIES

We provide all our guests with essential starter supplies to make your stay more enjoyable. Complimentary supplies include 1 set of bed linens for each bed, 2 towels per double/queen/king bed, 1 towel per single/sofa bed, 1 tea towel, coffee, tea, and sugar, 2 toilet rolls per toilet, 1 bath mat, 2 hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body wash per bathroom.
Our kitchen also comes stocked with a few cooking essentials. These supplies are intended to help you settle in without needing to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. They are not meant to last for the entire duration of your stay.
If you require extra supplies, please arrange this with us before your stay to avoid delivery costs. We are unable to provide items not listed above. For mid-stay supply deliveries, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist (a delivery charge may apply).
Please ensure you book for the actual number of guests so we can provide enough linens and towels for everyone!
