The apartment has four queen size bedded rooms and two fully equipped bathrooms with custom shower. Furthermore, it is extremelly well connected by public transportation with many different metro stations sorrounding the apartment. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Check-in from 15 p.m. - Check-out before 11 a.m. - The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. - Parties in the apartment are not allowed. - Additional charges: - Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) *The City Hall has increased the city tax rate starting Apr 1st 2026. The new rate is €13.75 per person per night. - Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight. - A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out - The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment. - If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
