Just steps from Park City Mountain Resort base, the Empire Chalet 02 is a home of the highest caliber and is situated in one of the most sought after locations in Historic Old Town!
A short walk, even in ski boots, is the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Historic Main Street is easily accessible by the adjacent staircase that leads down to Main Street for shopping, dining, nightlife and more.
Skiing, snowboarding, restaurants, bars, galleries and live music are all within walking distance. Free transit buses provide additional support on snowy nights or to other areas of town.
This super luxury ski retreat is known for its plush beds, fashionable furnishings, and mountain modern architecture. Sleeping 14, the mountain abode is perfect for family groups, Sundance Film Festival groups, and corporate retreats alike.
Two Queen suites with gorgeous modern stone and glass ensuite bathrooms adorn each their own levels of the property, with the King master suite on the top floor along with private balcony. The fourth suite in the lower level has two sets of Queen bunk beds. The top-level king suite and the lowest level bunk suite are both situated to have their own levels of the home. See photos of non-traditional entry spaces for reference. There is one Twin roll away that can be offered to sleep 15, in addition to the 14 in beds. The Twin roll away must be requested by email in advance of arrival if set up is needed.
The hot tub off of the lower level patio offers panoramic historic downtown Park City and mountain views.
Radiant heat on every level of the home creates consistency in temperature throughout winter months. Sub zero and Wolf appliances adorn the gourmet kitchen, coupled with beautiful Carrera marble counters and wide plank white oak flooring.
The garage at this residence is being remodeled into a ski room for guest use and will no longer accommodate vehicles. The property’s heated driveway offers parking for one mid sized SUV and is ideal for immediate access into the home. Ski and equipment storage will be available in the garage. There is no street parking allowed in Park City proper during winter months. Off street parking for one vehicle only.
