This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, townhouse is located in The Towns community of Barefoot Golf Resort. You’ll enjoy the peace & quiet of this golf community while enjoying all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Unit sleeps 10 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom and 1 queen sleeper sofa and 1 full futon in the 4th loft bedroom. This townhome offers a spacious layout that will offer plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The ground level features a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, comfortable living room, and a 1/2 bath for added convenience. The screened in patio area off the living room offers wonderful views of the driving range. The 2nd floor features the spacious master bedroom with attached private bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms, a shared bathroom and laundry room with full size washer & dryer. The 3rd floor loft bedroom features a queen sleeper sofa and full sized futon. Each bedroom as well as the living room features flat-screen TVs. Free Wi-Fi & free cable provided. Garage is accessible (2 cars) + parking in driveway (4 cars). Please note that parking in the street is NOT allowed at any time. The Towns community has access to the North Tower pool area which is just under a mile from this townhouse. The North Tower offers a huge outdoor pool and a covered hot tub and overlooks the marina and intercoastal waterway. Barefoot Golf Resort is located right behind Barefoot Landing which has tons of shops and restaurants including Greg Norman’s Australian Grill and Umberto’s, and entertainment venues include the Alabama Theater and House of Blues. During the summer months, you can enjoy fireworks over the waterway right from the balcony. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented (seasonally) from the lifeguards stationed on the beach. During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront. Barefoot Resort also has four pro-designed, world-class golf courses, the Norman course, the Davis Love course, the Dye course, and the Fazio course. Golfers are welcomed by an elegant clubhouse.
