This spacious 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo is located in the Lodge I building in Ocean Creek Resort. The Lodge I is only about 1/2 of a mile from the beach and the resort offers a free seasonal tram service to and from the beach, that operates every 15-20 minutes. Enjoy all the comforts of home while on vacation. This unit can accommodate a total of 4 guests with 1 queen in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa the living room. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen, screened in patio and TV’s in the living room and bedroom. There is also a coin operated laundry facility onsite.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
