The Blue Pearl is a beautifully restored historic vacation home nestled in the peaceful Grandview Heights Historic District within the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District adjacent to downtown. The property is located just a few blocks from The Intracoastal Waterway and a short leisurely walk to the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. The convenient location allows you to fully immerse yourself in the art, shopping, restaurants, recreational activities, museums, events, night life and exclusivity that West Palm Beach has to offer. The top floor of The Blue Pearl contains the master bedroom with a king size bed and newly renovated bathroom, complete with vintage bathtub and gorgeous shower. Through the master bathroom you will find a walk-in closet conveniently tucked away. The family room furnished with a couch, chairs and cable TV complete the second floor. Dual french doors open up to reveal a large deck overlooking the tropically landscaped yard and private pool (with lounge chairs). Pool heat is optional. The ground floor contains the second bedroom, furnished with a king size bed. There is an attached walk in closet as well as a laundry room with a full size washer anddryer. The downstairs ground floor also features a full bathroom (detached from second bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen and small dining also overlooking the pool area. The house also features an outdoor living/dining area (with a view towards the pool).This property is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions. All pets are on request and fees apply accordingly. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 21. The person reserving this house and signing the registration MUST occupy the premises for the entire length of stay.
